In a tightly contested affair, Sahil Doshi scored of a brilliant shot from 30 yards out to ensure all three points for Jamnabai.
Doshi's first half strike meant St Paul's would have to push harder if they had to rescue anything from the game. The Dadar outfit kept creating chances in the second half but were constantly denied by some brave Jamnabai defending.
Jamnabai coach Albert Braganza said: "We have won all the four matches so far but we hope that we do even better," he said.
St Paul's coach Sushant Pawan was graceful in defeat, dubbing his opponents as worthy winners. "Jamnabai played well, they deserved it. The goal they scored was good."
Jamnabai, who are almost assured of promotion to Div I, have won all their four matches and top the table with 12 points. They will face Navy Children School on Tuesday.
