British athletics superstar Mo Farah eased to victory in the 3000 metres at the Diamond League meet in the London Stadium yesterday.
The 34-year-old - a quadruple Olympic and world champion having achieved the 5000 and 10000m double twice in both sporting showpieces - came home in 7 minutes 35.15 secs.
Jamaica's Elaine Thompson sprints to the 100m gold in London.
Meanwhile, Jamaica's 100m and 200m women's champion Elaine Thompson won the 100m, edging past Dutch woman Dafne Schippers. Thompson clocked 10.94 to win gold.
