The Don Bosco 'A' (Matunga) under-12 football team shrugged off their fatigue caused by participating in their Annual Sports Day, to thrash arch-rivals Bombay Scottish 'A' (Mahim) 4-0 in the Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA) boys' U-12 Division I inter-school football tournament at Azad Maidan on Saturday.

The Bosco boys were parading their athletics skills from 8 am to 12 pm at their school premises before they traveled to Azad Maidan for their 2 pm football game.
Don Bosco got off to a great start when Harsh Naik got the lead for the Matunga school in the fourth minute through a brilliant strike on the right side of the goal.
Karsten D'Souza doubled the lead for Don Bosco in the 11th minute after he tapped one in from a close range. Eight minutes later, Harsh scored a brace from a cross from Vedant Sawant on the left flank.
At half time, Don Bosco enjoyed a 3-0 scoreline. Gareen Shah scored the fourth goal in the final minute of the match to end the match 4-0.
