Lifetime award for GN Ghorpade

Former cricketer GN Ghorpade was given the lifetime achievement award for his contribution to sports by the Indian Gymkhana Ex-Cricketers Association.

Meanwhile, former India skipper Dilip Vengsarkar hailed the ex-cricketers’ association for their services towards cricketers from the slums of Dharavi and Mahim in the last five years.

Former Mumbai and India wicketkeeper Chandrakant Pandit, BCCI’s General Manager, operations Ratnakar Shetty and veteran journalist GK Menon also graced the occasion. u00a0u00a0
