Lelisa Desisa of Ethiopia won the Boston Marathon men's title on Monday in an unofficial time of 2 hours, 10 minutes and 22 seconds.

Kenya’s Micah Kogo was second in 2:10:27 and Gebregziabher Gebremariam of Ethiopia was third clocking 2:10:28.u00a0
