Kandivli, Malad, Mahul and Navi Mumbai centres are fighting for a place in the May 30, 31 final of the 25th Kalpesh Koli Memorial tournament. Vaibhav Kalamkar of Malad scored his third consecutive century of the tournament at the Dadkar Maidan, Matunga yesterday.

Thanks to Vaibhav's 107 (12x4, 6x6) and Adhiraj Dabholkar's 65, Malad scored 344 in their first innings against Navi Mumbai for whom Anuj Bhosle claimed four wickets. At the end of the first day, Navi Mumbai were 35 for two. In the second semi-final, Suved Parkar (65) and Sushrut Kadam (50*) helped Kandivli score 210 for 9 against Mahul.
Eighteen centuries have been scored this year so far while 13 bowlers have claimed five wickets or more in an innings. Vasai's left-arm spinner Harsh Tripathi claimed two five-wicket hauls. Along with Kalamkar, Worli's Yashswi Jaiswal scored three centuries in three league games of the tournament. His team couldn't qualify for the knockout stage.
