British tennis player Johanna Konta withdrew from the semi-finals of the Eastbourne tournament due to an injury, where she was scheduled to play against Czech Karolina Pliskova on Friday.
Konta, World No.7, suffered a fall during her match against Germany's Angelique Kerber, World No.1, and after being treated on the court she managed to win the match 6-3, 6-4.
