Goa Cricket Association (GCA) has been asked to stop financial transactions till a report is submitted by the state government's committee formed to probe into financial misappropriation.
Goa government had constituted a two-member panel to look into the financial misappropriation and irregularities in GCA, following complaints by local clubs.
Chetan Desai, former GCA secretary, who heads the panel, yesterday ordered the association not to have any financial transactions till they submit the report.
“The formal inquiry into the affairs of GCA would start on May 7,” Desai told PTI.u00a0
