Glasgow: Defending champs India were disqualified from the women's 4x400m relay final on Saturday.

The team — D Majumdar, Tintu Luka, Ashwini Akkunji and P Machettira clocked three minutes and 33.67s to make the final but were disqualified for reasons unknown.
