Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo’s partner Georgina Rodriguez has revealed that she stayed in a £250-a-month (approx Rs 26,162) old storage room with no heating before meeting the Manchester United player.

According to The Sun, in her upcoming Netflix docu-series, Soy Georgina, Rodriguez said she did not have funds to pay for heating or air conditioning at the slum accommodation.
Talking about her rags-to-riches life, Rodriguez, who moved to Madrid, Spain, alone in her late teens from the Pyrenees town of Jaca to work as a shop assistant, said: “My arrival in Madrid was horrible. I was looking at a lot of cheap flats, which cost around £250-a-month and ended up in a flat that had been a storage room. It was freezing cold in winter and baking hot in summer. My life changed the day I met Cristiano Ronaldo.”
The docu-series will be released on January 27, the day she turns 28.
