The Portuguese footballer's girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez gave birth to baby girl Alana Martina earlier this month. Alana is Ronaldo's fourth child. Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, seven, is his eldest son and twins Eva and Mateo, who were born through surrogate in the US this July.
