Bipin Football Academy camp returns after two-year break

The 34th edition of the Bipin Football Academy’s free coaching camps for U-16 boys and girls will be held across eight centres in the city, followed by a two-day round-robin league and final. The camp returns after a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The inauguration ceremony will be held on October 16, at the MCF Joggers Park Ground in Borivli. The eight centres are Borivli, Vasai-Virar, Kalyan, Kurla, Ulhasnagar, Colaba, Andheri, and Madanpura. Girls and boys, who are born on or after January 1, 2007, will eligible for the camps.

Camps and coaches: Borivli: Coach Francis Nunes, Vasai-Virar: Coach Martin Assisi, Kalyan: Coach Thomas Nadar, Kurla: Coach Aadil Ansari, Ulhasnagar: Coach Monappa Moolya, Colaba: Coach Sachin Narsappa, Andheri: Coach Ranjit Matkar, Madanpura: Coach Mohd Yusuf Ansari.
