Manchester City's injured forward Sergio Aguero, 29, has thanked his mother as he continues his recovery from a rib injury.

The Argentine striker broke a rib two weeks back when a cab he was travelling in, was involved in an accident in Amsterdam. He hasn't played for Man City since but has recovered well and was seen training with the first team a few days ago and even made it to the substitutes list during City's 7-2 win over Stoke in an EPL match at the weekend.
Aguero's mum, Adriana, has played a major role in his recovery and on Sunday he shared this photograph of her on Instagram with a message that translated to "happy day to all the mothers!!! I love you mommy."
