Argentine footballer Mauro Icardi’s wife Wanda Nara, 35, rakes in more moolah than the Paris Saint-Germain star, 29, after her divorce settlement with ex-husband Maxi Lopez. The businesswoman’s financial gains were published in Spanish newspaper, Mundo Deportivo.

The report said Wanda’s income has been on the rise after she recently signed a millionaire agreement with her Lopez after their divorce.

As per the agreement, Lopez, a former Barcelona forward, 38, will have to pay alimony until the youngest of their three kids turns 21 in 12 years time. Wanda will also inherit the house in Santa Barbara, California, as part of the settlement.

Her earnings come from her cosmetic brand, advertising opportunities, social media and TV work, besides her income from commission earned as a football agent for Icardi.

Argentine lawyer Mauricio D’Alessandro believes Wanda earns about GBP225,000 (approx Rs 2.13 crore) per month. He explained: “Mauro Icardi must earn USD500,000 [approx Rs 3.8 crore]  per month. Wanda, who is very well trained, gets 250, and more [with] the 12,500 that Maxi [gives] her for the three children. She ends up earning more than Icardi.”
