Johannesburg: Legendary Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar and swashbuckling opener Virender Sehwag have been named in the former Australian batsman Matthew Hayden's list of all-time greatest ever World Cup XI.

Earlier, International Cricket Council (ICC) launched an online campaign 'Your Greatest XI', which allows fans a unique chance to pick their greatest cricketers from the previous ten editions of the event.

Hayden's list comprises of four Australian cricketers namely Adam Gilchrist, Shane Warne, Glenn McGrath and Ricky Ponting, who is also the captain of the side, Sport24 reported.
While Muttiah Muralitharan, Waqar Younis and Wasim Akram are the other bowlers, who have been featured in his list, batting order comprises of stalwarts featuring Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Brain Lara, Ricky Ponting and Adam Gilchrist, who is the only wicket-keeper of the pick.
Jacques Kallis is the only all-rounder in the team.
