Former India skipper Sourav Ganguly yesterday gave his nod to be available for Bengal for the entire Ranji Trophy season, as the selectors picked a 16-man side for their first two Super League matches, beginning November 3.
Bengal selection committee chairman Deep Dasgupta said that Ganguly was motivated and keen to play all matches for the state side. Ganguly, who is busy with commentary, has let go of a few upcoming assignments to play for Bengal, Dasgupta said.
