His three matches were against Rajasthan, Vidarbha and Haryana, and his scores read 4, 0 and 1
According to a report in Times of India, Ahlawat started playing cricket four years ago after his father sent him from Panipat to LB Shastri club in Delhi. He trains under Sanjay Bhardwaj, who is the coach of the likes of Gautam Gambhir and Unmukt Chand
Ahlawat, who stays at the Bharat Nagar Academy near Feroz Shah Kotla, informed TOI, "Mine is a family of farmers. I wasn't really doing anything sitting at home. My family's livelihood is taken care of but my necessities are looked after by Sanjay sir. I hope to get a job after I finish my graduation.”
