Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is a huge MS Dhoni fan. The Kolkata Knight Riders co-owner is an avid cricket follower and takes a keen interest in his Indian Premier League franchise.
Interestingly, all the cricketers who are part of the IPL are going to be up for grabs in the auction ahead of the 2018 season.
And SRK has made in clear in an interview recently that he will make a bid on the former India skipper.
In an interview to Sportswallah, SRK said, "Yaar main toh usko apna Pajama bech ke bhi kharid lun, wo Aaye toh auction mein." (I am willing to buy Dhoni even if it means selling off my pants, but he never goes under the hammer in IPL auctions).
Well, MSD is going to be up for grabs. But the 'Raees' star needs to remember that Dhoni's original franchise -- Chennai Super Kings (CSK) -- will be back next year. Now, considering their long history, it seems inevitable that the Chennai franchise will surely look to bring Dhoni back into their fold.
Dhoni, after all, helped the yellow brigade lift the IPL trophy twice -- once in 2010 and then again in 2011.

He may be going through a tough patch at Rising Pune Supergiant, having been replaced as captain by Steven Smith, but he still remains one of the most popular and sought after cricketers. And he is coming back into form as has been evident from his last few innings in IPL 2017.
It remains to be seen if Shah Rukh manages to get his wish and land MS Dhoni or not since the wicketkeeper will be highly sought come auction day.
