Former South Africa cricketer Jonty Rhodes' daughter India received a pleasant birthday wish from Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday.
Rhodes, currently part of Mumbai Indians’ support staff, posted a picture along with India to wish his daughter on her second birthday.
"Happy Birthday baby India; 2 today #landofyourbirth," Rhodes tweeted.

Modi replied to Rhodes' tweet. "Happy birthday to India, from India. :)," he wrote.
Rhodes replied to Narendra Modi's wishes. The former Protes cricketer thanked the PM and said that the baby had received blessings of many amazing people in the country of her birth. He added the hashtag #MakeInIndia referring to Modi's flagship scheme. He tweeted, "Thank u @narendramodi ji; baby India really has been blessed in the land of her birth, by so many amazing people #makeinindia"
In 2015, Rhodes had decided to name his daughter India after he was impressed with the country’s diversity, heritage and tradition.
