Good bowling performances from Naufil Rozani and Himanshu Singh helped Al-Barkaat Malik MI English (Kurla) win by an innings and 26 runs against Lilavati Podar (Santacruz) in their Harris Shield (Elite) Super League game at Parsee Gymkhana yesterday.Resuming Day Two at 0-1, the Santacruz outfit were bowled out for 106 in 30 overs in the first innings. Skipper Abbas Karachiwala top scored with 31. For Al-Barkaat, off-spinner Himanshu grabbed 3-20, while medium pacer Sufiyan Khan picked up 3-38. Following on, Lilavati Podar were bundled out for 156 in the second essay with Himanshu claiming 3-35 and left-arm spinner Naufil Rozani picking up 4-38. Abbas remained unbeaten on 44. Al-Barkaat declared their innings at 288-6 on Day One.

Aryan scored ton
At Police Gymkhana, Aryan More scored 100 as Parle Tilak Vidyamandir English (Vile Parle) drew with Rizvi Springfield (Bandra). Resuming the day on 209-5, Rizvi added 79 runs to their overnight total to score 288 in the first innings. Aditya Pande scored 86 not out, while Devaadithyan SR contributed 79.
Dhawal Mate picks 6-53
Left-arm spinner Dhawal Mate (6-53) was the pick of the bowlers for Parle Tilak. In reply, the Vile Parle side looked in no mood to hand Rizvi an easy win on virtue of first innings lead. They continued being defensive to end the match with 164-5.
