Actor Suriya Sivakumar won the National Award for Best Actor at the 68th National Film Awards in Delhi. The actor won the award for 'Soorarai Pottru'. Ajay Devgn and Suriya shared Best Actor awards for 'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior' and 'Soorarai Pottru' respectively. 'Soorarai Pottru' also won the awards for Best Screenplay, Best Background Score and Best Feature Film.
