A CCTV footage allegedly showing a leopard moving through the streets of Dahanu in Palghar district has gone viral on social media following which the forest department officials have swung into action

The big cat was spotted in a shuttered factory near Bethany Hospital, after which teams from the forest department and Vartak Nagar Police Station rushed to the site. Authorities urged locals to remain vigilant and avoid venturing into isolated areas until the leopard is captured or moves away
