PM-designate Modi met President Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhavan and staked a claim to form the government. President Droupadi Murmu invited Narendra Modi to form government at the Centre. PM-designate Modi, who will sworn-in for the third successive term, was fed ‘dahi-cheeni’ by the President. More than five students were killed and 15 others were injured after a private school bus overturned in Kanina town of Haryana’s Mahendragarh district on April 11. The driver is believed to have been drunk, say the police. Police sources said that  the bus's driver jumped out of the speeding vehicle after losing control of it and it rammed a tree. The injured were immediately admitted to private hospitals. The kids were on their way to GL Public School, a private school located in Kanina of Mahendragarh when the tragic incident took place. President Droupadi Murmu extended her condolences for the tragic loss of schoolchildren in Haryana bus accident.
