The grand processions for the immersion of Ganesh idols have begun across Mumbai as the 10-day Ganesh Chaturthi festival draws to a close on Anant Chaturdashi. Famous idols such as Lalbaugcha Raja, Tejukaya, and Parel cha Maharaja have started their journey from their respective pandals, accompanied by large crowds of devotees chanting “Ganapati Bappa Morya, Pudhchya Varshi Lavkar Ya” (Come soon next year, Lord).
