PM Modi reflected on the enduring cultural connections between India and Kuwait, noting instances like late actor Dilip Kumar inaugurating Kuwait's first Indian restaurant.
PM Modi invited the diaspora to participate in key Indian events, including Pravasi Bharatiya Divas and Maha Kumbh in January 2025, to foster stronger cultural ties.
