Describing hue and cry of the Indian government and media as beyond comprehension, he said New Delhi should avoid shifting the responsibility of its failures on the Pakistan Army.
Stating Pakistan wanted peace and good relations between the two countries, the minster said that this was possible only through bilateral efforts.
