We need to see that this works because we must remember that the state government can put the clamps if things go awry. While the outbreak may not be directly under any control, what commuters can and must do is maintain absolute discipline.
Order on platforms will work in our favour. We do need to avoid all the old horrors, pushing and shoving, racing for trains and careening into people. The general it-is-a-jungle-out-there-and-survival-for-all spirit is unfortunate, though a very real part of train travel here.

The usual train gangs - groups of people who take up seats through bullying and a feeling of entitlement - should face the full force and weight of the law.
