New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon arrived in Delhi on Sunday for an official visit, where he was welcomed at the airport by Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying, SP Singh Baghel. On March 17, Luxon paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat, honoring the leader’s enduring legacy. During his visit, the Prime Minister is also set to participate in the prestigious Raisina Dialogue, where he will serve as the chief guest and keynote speaker. The dialogue, which focuses on global and regional issues, will take place in New Delhi from March 17 to 19. Luxon`s visit underscores the strengthening of diplomatic ties between New Zealand and India, with discussions expected to center around trade, regional security, and international cooperation.
