On July 20th the Parliament`s monsoon session began. In Rajya Sabha, a heated discussion was witnessed between Vice-President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar and Leader of the Opposition and Congress chief Malllikarjun Kharge. The argument happened over the burning issue of Manipur Violence.
