In a tragic incident, 5 people died during the IAF air show conducted at Marina Beach in Chennai ahead of the 92nd Indian Air Force Day. The family members of the victims gathered outside the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital in Chennai and mourned the death of their loved ones. Chennai Mayor, Priya clarified that the reason for the tragedy was dehydration due to the hot climate in Chennai which led to the Chennai Air-Show Tragedy.
