AIMIM Chief Owaisi spoke about the recent violence in Sambhal, stating that the mosque there is not just 50-100 years old, but more than 250-300 years old. He criticized the court’s ex parte order, claiming it was wrong because the people from the mosque were not heard. He also said that during the second survey, no information was shared, and a video that surfaced later showed people raising provocative slogans during the survey. He condemned the violence that followed, where three Muslims were shot dead, calling it murder, not just firing. He demanded the suspension of the officers involved and called for a sitting High Court judge to investigate, describing the situation as an injustice and ongoing atrocities.
