Mehbooba Mufti to be J-K's next CM: PDP

People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leader Rafiq Mir on Thursday expressed his grief over the demise of Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and said that his departure has created a vacuum in the party.
