Illiterates like Sakshi Maharaj do not understand UNHRC norms: Azam Khan

Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan on Tuesday said that illiterates like Sakshi Maharaj do not understand norms of United Nations Human Rights Council and that he need not reply to such leaders.
