Himachal CM opposes India-Pak match in Dharamshala

Talking about the Himachal Government's decision to oppose the India-Pakistan T-20 match in Dharamshala, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Friday said Pakistan never acted against the attacks planned by Pakistan-based terror outfits in the country.
