6.4 magnitude earthquake jolts southern Taiwan

A massive earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale hit southern Taiwan. According to reports, Tainan in southern Taiwan was worst hit by the quake, where a 17-story residential building collapsed, leaving scores of people injured.
