Rahul Gandhi's statement came after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's interview with a news channel where he claimed he thought his birth was biological and it was after his mother's demise he felt as if God sent him.
He also questioned Prime Minister by asking how many jobs he has given to the youths of the country. He said, "Modi ji, stop giving long speeches and dividing the country. First, tell this to the people of Bihar, of the country, how many jobs you have given to the youth of the country?"
Furthermore, he added that Narendra Modi has 22-25 Raja and Maharaja. He indirectly attcked on well-known Indian businessmen. He also said that these people work Narendra Modi.
While addressing the rally he also promised to initiate the agnipath scheme if INDIA alliance comes into power. He also said that the Bharatiya Janata Party and Narendra Modi will destroy the constitution and that is their hidden aganda.
He also said that the Prime Minister does not talk about the issue and accused him of spreading hatred. He added that people will not fall into the trap of lies.
Under the INDIA alliance agreement in Bihar, the RJD is vying for 26 seats, Congress for nine, and the Left parties for the remaining five out of the state's 40 Lok Sabha constituencies.
In NDA, Bharatiya Janata Party will contest on 17 seats, Janata Dal-United on 16, , Lok Janshakti Party on 5 seats Hindustani Awam Morcha and Rashtriya Lok Morcha on one seat each in 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
Bihar holds important place in shaping Indian politics. It has 40 Lok Sabha constituencies and is fourth highest among all States and Union Territories.
In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the NDA, consisting of BJP, JDU ( (Janata Dal-United), and LJP (Lok Janshakti Party), secured victory by taking the lead on 39 out of 40 seats.
Meanwhile, the Mahagathbandhan, led by RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal), INC (Indian National Congress), and RLSP (Rashtriya Lok Samta Party), only managed to secure one seat. (ANI)
