Is the fan in your stuffy train compartment not working? Chances are this man is responsible for that. The Kurla RPF arrested a 25-year-old man on Sunday while he was escaping with cable wires that he had cut from a parked long distance train. The thief, identified as Abhay Satam, said he roams the railway tracks at night and cuts and fan cable wires from local trains and AC cable wires from long distance trains.

"We caught him red-handed while he was cutting the AC cables from a train parked near Vidyavihar," said Suresh Atri, inspector, Kurla RPF.
