Mumbai: Pervert who masturbated at woman on local train nabbed after 2 weeks
The police have arrested the man who masturbated at a 22-year-old woman in the wee hours of June 29 at CST. Isha Chitnis was about to board the Tapovan Express to go to Nashik with another female colleague. She had even shot a video of the man in the act, but it did not deter him. The police traced the pervert with the help of CCTV footage on Wednesday
