The Maharashtra government, on Thursday, officially announced that the lockdown-like curfew implemented in the state as a part of the ‘break the chain’ initiative be extended till May 15.

According to a report in ANI, an order issued by chief secretary Sitaram Kunte said the decision to extend the lockdown like restrictions has been taken as the state continued to battle the spread of COVID-19.
