Of the 12 participating unions, Mumbai Auto Rickshaw Mens' Union — the largest auto union led by Sharad Rao’s son Shashank — forged ahead with its planned strike on Wednesday.
Habituated by usual threats, Mumbai, this time was prepared to brace the manic Wednesday and shared their experiences on Twitter. This is what they said.
#AutoStrike : Yesterday, decided to take auto instead of Ola. 5 of them refused. Never again!! These guys deserve to go out of business.
