The results of Class 10 will be prepared on the basis of an objective criterion to be developed by the Board.
“Students of Class 10 will be promoted on the basis of internal assessment. If a student is not satisfied with the assessment then he/she can appear for the examination once the situation is normal,” Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said.
Nishank further said that the Class 12 exams, which were to be held from May 4 to June 14, will be held later and the situation will be reviewed on June 1 by the CBSE, and the details will be shared subsequently. "A notice of at least 15 days will be given before the start of the examinations," he added.
