An 18-year-old girl miraculously survived despite falling into the gap between a train and the platform at Thane station. The entire incident was captured on CCTV.

Poonam Shewale jumped from Hyderabad Express after the train slowed down at Thane station. Unfortunately she lost her balance due to the impact and fell in the gap between the train and the platform. Hyderabad Express does not have a halt at Thane.
In the video footage, several people could be seen running towards the spot after the train comes to a halt.
Railway officials carry the injured girl in a stretcher as shocked onlookers watch
Railway officials arrived at the scene and pulled the trapped girl out. She was taken to Thane Civil hospital in an ambulance parked outside the station and the officials informed Shewale's family about the incident.
She has been shifted to JJ Hospital for treatment, the condition of her injury is still unknown.
