Independent legislator Engineer Rashid was, on Wednesday, marshalled out from the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly. Apparently, he created an uproar in the house.

According to reports, Rashid had to be led out of the Assembly after he constantly disturbed proceedings while standing in the well.

Rashid was repeatedly told by speaker to get back on his seat. When he refused to do, the speaker ordered the security staff to take him out.
