One half of the Bollywood's leading music composer duo along with Shekhar Ravjani, Vishal took to Twitter on Friday and compared the skull of NaMo followers to that of an ape-man.
He showed a bunch of human skulls, all of which were alike except for the captions which designated either a gender or religion to them.
Whoa! Bhakts gonna get so mad at this! Get a sense of humour, y'all!

Oh, wait...you already picked a joke! ðu00c2u009fu00c2u0098u00c2u0082ðu00c2u009fu00c2u0098u00c2u0082ðu00c2u009fu00c2u0098u00c2u0082 pic.twitter.com/9EXFeBfctB
While stating that all humans are the same inside and that its only people who divide each other based on religion and gender, Vishal suggested, quite tongue-in-cheek, that Modi's bhakts hadn't evolved to the human stage and were still stuck in the pre himo sapien stage in what was an apparent dig at their recent 'acts of intolerance'.
Being prepared for the backlash, he wrote in the post, "Bhakts are gonna get so mad." He suggests they get a sense of humour.
To make matter worse, he then said that they had "already picked a joke!" alluding to Modi being picked as the Prime Minister.
Vishal Dadlani has time and again taken on Narendra Modi supporters
Vishal, who is a known Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supporter, has been trolling before on social media.
In January 2014, he was trolled over his tweet, which had apparently targeted both Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi.
"Stuck between a moron and a murderer....what now, India!?" the singer, music record producer, composer and performer that tweeted, soon after an interview of Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi was aired on a news channel.
It was an apparent reference to Modi, the BJP's prime ministerial candidate at the time, and RaGa, the Congress' man for the top job.
