The arrested have been identified as Sarvpreet and Jaswinder. A senior police official said a team of Delhi Police's Special Cell apprehended the duo.u00a0
One of them was arrested from Punjab while the second person was apprehended from north-west Delhi's Shalimar Bagh. Investigators claimed that three politicians and religious leaders in Delhi were on their target.u00a0
