A class 9 student in Ghaziabad was allegedly raped by her tutor on September 7.
A Class 9 student of a local public school was allegedly raped by her tutor in Modinagar in Ghaziabad.

The incident occurred on September 7 but came to light Monday after the girl's mother lodged a complaint with the police.
According to the police, the mother of the victim said that her daughter was being tutored by a teacher from the same school.
The teacher, Ravish Kumar Garg, called the victim to his house on September 7 at 6 am.
On returning home, the girl told her mother that Garg had raped her.
"We have registered a case under section 376 of IPC against the teacher. The medical examination of the girl has been conducted. The teacher has been arrested," said Superintendent of Police (Rural) Jagdish Sharma.
