Negotiation and renegotiation skills
At every stage a professional has to constantly interact and manage various internal and external stakeholders of the organisation

Organisations are forever in need of out-of-the-box solutions and cost efficiencies
Contingency planning
A well-planned professional is not only prepared with a Plan B for the company but for himself/herself as well.

Ability to inspire
