In a new video that has emerged on social media, locals from Bihar's Chhapra region are seen manhandling a man. According to reports, the latter was beaten up for allegedly carrying liquor bottles

The video begins with the victim being slapped and punched repeatedly. His horror did not end there though. He was later tied to a tree and caned mercilessly.
