The Bombay High Court, on Wednesday rejected the bail application of former media honcho Peter Mukerjea in the sensational Sheena Bora case.

Justice Nitin Sambre rejected the bail application. Peter's bail plea was also rejected twice by CBI Special judge H S Mahajan

Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh claims Peter knew everything and was part of the conspiracy with his wife and prime accused Indrani Mukerjea.
