Andheri-based confectioner and dessert maker, Nishrin Rajkotwala takes her chocolate-making seriously. You realise this as soon as she tempts you with a platter of brownies, assorted chocolates, cakes, pies and tarts.

Nishrin has been in the business of creating sinful bites of chocolate desserts for three years now. Her home has been transformed into a cosy chocolaterie, where she pounds cocoa beans to create mouth-watering treats for those who can't get enough of their chocolate fix.

Her love and passion for cooking has translated into Chocolate Blues, a dessert delivery service that caters to people across the country.
With a degree from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Dadar and an aspiration to translate her labour of love into a successful business venture, Nishrin forged ahead into sweet territory.
From alcohol-infused cakes to a combination of chocolate and fruit varieties to a range of assorted chocolates made with nuts, almonds or coffee, to tea cakes, souffl ufffd, mousse, pie, tarts, cupcakes and brownies, her menu will have you eating out of her hands.

Stressing the need to maintain high standards of quality, Nishrin says, "There are many dessert makers in Mumbai, but my creations stand apart because I don't compromise on taste and quality. Also, my treats are available throughout India since I organise to deliver these to their doorstep.
A venture that began, thanks to the encouragement of family and friends, is growing steadily, with each passing day." Nishrin also customises orders as per requirements, by offering to package her creations in innovative designs. Of the lot, her brownies and cupcakes are the hottest selling items.
She adds, "The Triple Chocolate cupcake and the Double icing brownie is a hit with kids' parties; adults can't seem to get enough of the ChocoBlues Walnut Brownies."
Place your order two days in advance by calling Chocolate Blues on 9833942242 / 9833422242. There is no delivery charge for orders within the city. For those living outside Mumbai, a standard courier charge is applicable. For brownies the minimum order is a tray of 16 pieces.
